This week I finally uploaded a new flow yoga practice video onto my YouTube channel!

It had been a very long time since I last uploaded a video as such project takes a huge amount of time to produce.  I had the help of my amazing partner Mark to produce it and we are very proud of it.

The intention is to produce one yoga video every month for you to be able to practice with me at your own time if you cannot join my live Zoom classes.

This latest flow yoga class is designed for beginners / advanced students who already practice yoga and know the basics of yoga.

I will one day show you the behind the scenes of a yoga video production and believe me it took hours to create and a lot of dedication, concentration and patience but we loved every moment of it and I do hope you will like it and all the future ones too!

Also we used the beautiful dedicated yoga space at the Positivity Centre in Burnham, UK.  This space is absolutely perfect for a yoga practice and I cannot recommend it enough if you would like to run or attend yoga classes.
