The entrance to Broadlands Farm is about half a mile from the Berystede Hotel down the Bagshot Rd on the opposite side (ie on the left), or about 1.1 mile from the Windmill Pub if coming from the A30 on the same side (ie on the right). THERE ARE NO GATES.

Come down the drive and park next to the hedge on the left. Come up the stone steps to the door on the left side of the house. Alternatively you can park anywhere else on the property but not in front of the red garages.
