Sangre de Drago, also known as ‘Dragon’s Blood’ has been used for centuries by the Tribes of the Amazon. Indigenous inhabitants of Peru and Ecuador use this red resin to heal wounds, skin ulcers, abrasions, blisters, scratches, cuts, bites, or stings. 

Once applied to the skin, you will see a dark protective layer is being formed. The bleeding, itching, and pain stop within a few minutes.

Dragons Blood also contains alkaloids, particularly potent ingredients – taspine which is an anti-inflammatory. This latex has traditionally been used by the Amazon natives since ancient times to also treat chronic diarrhoea, leucorrhoea, gastritis , gastrointestinal ulcers, as a healing, stimulating the body’s defences, bacteriostatic, bactericide, fungicide; It is also traditionally used to treat influenza, tonsillitis, herpes, uta, burns, acne, colds, diseases of tonsils, gingivitis, cervicitis, lose weight, control bleeding.

Among the components, the oligomers can be found as well as, lignans, dimetylocedruzyne (anti-inflammatory and regenerative), diterpenes (anti-inflammatory and antibacterial), various tannins and proanthocyanidins (also known as OPC) in content of more than 90%. OPC is one of the most potent natural antioxidants – about 50 times more effective than vitamin E and 20 times more effective than vitamin C.
