Last weekend I exhibited at the Saint-Gaudens Zen Wellbeing Show, my first exhibition in France since moving here. My aim was to share with as many people as possible the benefits of Kambo!
In the UK I was regularly helping people change their lives with Kambo as the main tool, and with staggering positive results. Living in France now, my mission to help others has not changed, except here in France there is very little knowledge about Kambo. Exhibiting at the show was a great way to inform as many people as possible about Kambo and its numerous benefits.
In France a wellbeing exhibition or show is called a "Salon du Bien Être", Bien = Well and Être = Being
So many people were genuinely interested to learn about a new alternative therapy. Explaining about how Kambo works can sometimes be tricky as Kambo has a side to it that cannot be explained. What do I mean by that? Kambo works where it is most needed and not necessarily where the person wants or thinks is most important for them. After a session the changes in people’s lives is sometimes mysterious but Kambo always gives us what we need for our best, whether it is physical health, mental health, social life or work life etc.
Booking the stand was a doddle but as with any exhibition the stand design loomed. This was my first Kambo exhibition and I had no material, posters, banners, nothing. With my partner Mark I did some brainstorming, contemplation, meditation and the stand design became clear. We ended up receiving many compliments.
You get back what you put out in life, and so we gave everyone the opportunity to enter a draw to win a free Kambo session with me. To our surprise we ended up with four pages of entrants. One lucky winner will have their first Kambo treatment with me.
My partner, Mark was there with me for moral support and we were genuinely happy to meet so many lovely open minded people.
The two-day exhibition flew by and we came back home elated from our first show.
I think this was the first of more to come and I already registered my interest for next year event. Holding a stand at a show is the best way to share your passion with interested people and make fantastic new encounters.
